Our procurement service offering streamlines the product purchasing process for clients. Not only do we have highly available and knowledgeable staff to respond to queries, but we have advanced internal systems for processing and tracking the orders, optional e-commerce functionality, and automated reporting.
As part of the procurement process we understand that product selection and lifecycle management is key, and as such, we have systems in place to manage this process with our clients. Additional capability such as pre-staging or integration, proactive standard price lists, committed client stock, SLA approach to service, vendor negotiations and management, consolidated invoicing, and client seminars and events, provide an end to end offering. Our Account Managers product and technology knowledge, coupled with the ability to respond and deliver to client requests set us apart from the competition.
Our technical services capability provides a pool of services and contracts from which our clients can select. These include but are not limited too: Ad hoc services, helpdesk contracts, maintenance contracts, permanent or temporary placements, extended availability or SLA response, consulting, architecture, turn key solutioning, and much more. Our primary focus is infrastructure services which includes Microsoft, HP/IBM, UNIX, Cisco, VMWare and alike.
Note: Lexel defines medium/large business as having between 100 and 500 computer workstations.
