We’re looking for an experienced Siebel Developer to join a stable, enterprise environment where Siebel remains a critical customer and operational platform.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting a complex Siebel CRM environment. Working closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and delivery teams, you’ll ensure the platform remains performant, reliable, and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure and develop Siebel CRM solutions
• Customise workflows, business components, applets, and scripts
• Develop and maintain integrations (EAI, Web Services, APIs)
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimisation
• Provide production support and resolve complex issues
• Contribute to documentation, release planning, and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• Strong hands-on Siebel development experience
• Expertise in Siebel Tools, eScript, workflows, and business services
• Experience with Siebel integration frameworks (EAI/EIM)
• Solid SQL and database knowledge
• Experience working within structured SDLC and/or Agile environments
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
