  • Choose Fully Managed For SMB if you want Lexel to take full responsibility for your IT environment. This model is ideal when you have limited or no internal IT capability and want predictable costs, clear accountability, and IT that simply works.
  • Choose Co‑Managed For SMB if you have an internal IT team but want to retain control while extending capability. Lexel works alongside your team to provide specialist expertise, additional capacity, and 24/7 support—without taking ownership away from your people.
  • Choose Enterprise Solutions if you’re delivering complex change or large‑scale initiatives, typically in environments with 400+ endpoints, internal IT capability, and bespoke requirements. This model is designed for organisations managing complexity across cloud, infrastructure, security, data, and digital transformation.

Can we move between service models over time?

Yes. Lexel’s service models are designed to be flexible as your organisation evolves.

Most customers move between Fully Managed and Co‑Managed as their internal capability changes—for example, when building an internal IT team, restructuring roles, or needing more or less hands‑on support. In these situations, services can be added, adjusted, or re‑scoped without disrupting the overall delivery model.

Where customers choose to develop internal capability, either permanently or for specific initiatives, Lexel Resourcing plays an important role. Our resourcing team specialises in placing high‑quality IT and digital talent—whether for short‑term projects, specialist skills, or longer‑term roles—allowing organisations to scale capability without changing their core service model.

A move into Enterprise Solutions is less common and typically driven by step‑change events, such as large‑scale transformation programmes, significant growth, mergers, or increased organisational complexity—often in environments with 400+ endpoints. This shift is usually intentional and strategic, rather than incremental.
