- Choose Co‑Managed For SMB if you have an internal IT team but want to retain control while extending capability. Lexel works alongside your team to provide specialist expertise, additional capacity, and 24/7 support—without taking ownership away from your people.
- Choose Enterprise Solutions if you’re delivering complex change or large‑scale initiatives, typically in environments with 400+ endpoints, internal IT capability, and bespoke requirements. This model is designed for organisations managing complexity across cloud, infrastructure, security, data, and digital transformation.
Can we move between service models over time?
Most customers move between Fully Managed and Co‑Managed as their internal capability changes—for example, when building an internal IT team, restructuring roles, or needing more or less hands‑on support.
