Lexel includes Office365 tenancy hardening ‘as included’, by contrast most MSP’s do not. For our SMB clients we follow the Essential Eight security framework standards, with most of the Essential Eight standards being included in our core offering. In addition, customer can take our Enhanced or Advanced Security options which adds additional proactive security log monitoring and response over and above the base hardening.
I’m concerned about overage and extra charges?
By contrast, some MSP’s profit from your disruption. They make extra revenue through charging you extra when you have incidents, thus they are never truly incentivised to improved or remove that disruption from your environment.
