SharePoint is Microsoft document management platform and can also be configured to manage document workflows. SharePoint is typically used as an Intranet, enabling staff to find documents and as a staff communications platform. Power BI is a cloud-based reporting platform and is very powerful to report across data from multiple systems including SAAS Apps. Power Automate, previously called Flow, is a tool for automating the movement and processing of data, sometimes called Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and can include AI processing steps.
