Can you work alongside our internal IT team?

Yes. We can take care of your whole IT environment or only the parts you want us to manage

Is pricing fixed?

Customers can choose the service model that best suits their business. Our Elite plan delivers near fixed‑price certainty for predictable IT budgeting, while our Essentials plan covers ongoing maintenance with remediation provided on a flexible time‑and‑materials basis.

Do I get charged for Projects?

For major projects yes. However, many minor projects are included in the core fee.

Are you 24x7?

It depends. Some of our services are 24×7 and some 8×5.

Do you require a long-term contract?

It depends on the circumstances. Some services which include hardware or include major remediation will typically require a minimum term, whereas other services may not. Conversely some customers ask for a term to lock in commit discounts.

Will you support my existing and old technology?

Typically yes, but only as an interim and with the customers commitment to upgrade the equipment to a Supportable State which includes compliance to Lexel’s standards for age, type and configuration.
