We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a fast-paced delivery environment and help drive the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical specialists to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You’ll play a key role in shaping solutions, improving processes, and ensuring Salesforce capability delivers real value to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process maps
• Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and delivery teams
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
• Facilitate workshops and drive alignment across technical and business teams
• Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practice and business objectives

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on Salesforce platforms
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery environments
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams
• Salesforce certifications or platform knowledge highly regarded
