We’re looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a high-performing delivery team working on complex system and integration initiatives.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone equally comfortable in business process workshops and deep technical discussions with architects and developers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Eliciting and documenting detailed business and technical requirements
• Mapping end-to-end processes across operational and customer systems
• Working across billing, metering, CRM, asset, or field service platforms
• Producing high-quality artefacts (BRDs, FSDs, process maps, interface specs, user stories)
• Supporting data mapping, integration design, and API discussions
• Partnering closely with delivery leads, vendors, and SMEs
• Supporting testing, UAT, and implementation readiness

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Technical BA
• Strong systems integration and data analysis capability
• Experience working across legacy and modern platforms
• Confident translating business needs into technical specifications
• Agile delivery experience (with solid documentation discipline)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with billing or metering platforms
• Industry experience in the utilities sector (energy, electricity, gas, water or related)
• CRM transformation exposure
• Data migration or reporting project experience
