Lexel Systems are delighted to take home the much coveted Customer Value Award at the recent Reseller News Innovation Awards 2020. We were also recognised as highly commended in the Mid-market partner award.

 

For all of those who worked on these solutions, a huge THANK YOU from the team. Without your hard work and exceptional service delivery we simply would not be in a position to enter these kind of awards.

 

Special mention goes to two exceptional employees Leon Davis and Jeff Partridge, who were both finalists in the individual awards. Although they didn’t take home the big award they are both winners in our books! Congratulations to them both!

Highly Commended

Award: Mid-market partner

Award Summary: This award honours partners servicing customers in the 100-1000 seat market. Organisations should demonstrate prowess as a mid-market focused partner, placing an emphasis on how the business has provided innovation and customer value.

 


 

Finalist: Leon Davis

Award: Technical Excellence (individual award)

Award Summary: This award honours individuals demonstrating superior technical expertise and innovation skills. They have contributed to company growth through outstanding technical knowledge and management of technical solutions. This award will be judged on examples of technical solution sets, end-user interaction, responsiveness and customer value.

 

Finalist: Jeff Partridge

Award: Sales Excellence (individual award)

Award Summary: This award honours sales professionals working in partner companies who sell to end-users, delivering customer value through outstanding sales achievements. Nominations for the Sales Excellence award should show results in achieving end-user customer sales, examples of success could include an ability to grow revenue, closing a significant or highly competitive deal, alongside customer and market responsiveness. Judges will also be keen to hear about how this individual has promoted value-based sales.
