We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join a collaborative team based in Hamilton. This role will see you working closely with business and technology stakeholders to analyse processes, gather requirements, and support the delivery of initiatives that improve systems and ways of working.
You’ll play a key role in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements while ensuring solutions align with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and help define current and future state processes
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
• Support delivery teams through analysis, documentation, and clarification
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Assist with testing, implementation, and change activities where required

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in a project or delivery environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
• Familiarity with Agile and/or traditional delivery methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams
