Lexel Systems Ltd (‘Lexel’) standard Event and Promotional Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) for customer events, prize draws, rewards and / or competitions.

• Any event participant or winner agrees to the use of their name, company name, company logo, details and photo for Lexel promotional use.
• Any promotions and events are not available to Lexel competitors or suppliers or as defined at the sole discretion of Lexel.
• Any promotions prize or reward will be provided in an as is / where is condition and may vary slightly from image, with balance of warranty (if any).
• Any promotions prizes or rewards are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
• Any event or promotion is subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
• Lexel’s decision is final and without any right to audit.
• Lexel will not be responsible for any tax or FBT costs. These will be for the sole responsibility and cost of the customer or participant.
• If the participant is an existing Lexel customer or affiliated in any way, there is a requirement of full disclosure by the participant to their employer.
• By entering or attending an event or promotion, you agree to receive promotional material from Lexel Systems, including marketing emails.
