You’ll play a key role in shaping solutions, improving processes, and ensuring Salesforce capability delivers real value to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process maps
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and delivery teams
- Support backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
- Facilitate workshops and drive alignment across technical and business teams
- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practice and business objectives
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on Salesforce platforms
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery environments
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams
- Salesforce certifications or platform knowledge highly regarded
